Before returning goods to us either because they are faulty or we sent the wrong item. Please contact us directly first.
Any items found to have any faults, please contact The Dart Guys as soon as possible with details of the fault. After the said item has been returned and inspected, a replacement and/or new one will be issued.
We would expect that any faulty goods are returned to us within 10 days of purchase/receipt.
If items are simply unwanted not damaged or faulty. Said product must be received at our address within 10 days of purchase. Please return said item to us in its new and unused condition which will include all the original manufacturers packaging intact/undamaged and be accompanied by the payment receipt.
There is 10% handling/restocking charge for each item that is returned to us for exchange or refund (and is not faulty). Any refund will be made to the credit card from which the goods were purchased.
